01Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using VAYNTO, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. If you use VAYNTO for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.
02The VAYNTO service
VAYNTO provides software for appointments, customers, staff scheduling, services, public booking, walk-ins, live queues, and related business operations. VAYNTO is not the provider of the underlying services booked by customers and is not responsible for a business’s service quality, availability, pricing, or customer disputes.
03Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized members, organization settings, and activity performed through your account. One paid account subscription applies across organizations owned by that billing account, subject to the organization and usage limits shown for the selected plan. You must promptly report unauthorized access.
04Business and customer data
You retain ownership of data you lawfully submit. You grant VAYNTO the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect customer, staff, and appointment information and for providing any notices required by law.
05Acceptable use
You must not use VAYNTO for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or high-risk activity; attempt unauthorized access; bypass plan or security controls; upload malicious code; interfere with service operation; scrape private areas; or use the service to send spam. VAYNTO may restrict or suspend activity that threatens users, the platform, or legal compliance.
06Plans, billing, and Paddle
Free and paid plan features and limits are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Paddle acts as merchant of record, processes payment details, taxes, receipts, and supported payment methods, and may apply its buyer terms. Prices and taxes presented in Paddle Checkout are authoritative for the transaction. VAYNTO does not store full card details.
07Changes, cancellation, and refunds
You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the customer portal. A scheduled cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Upgrade, downgrade, proration, renewal, and refund treatment is described at checkout and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
08Intellectual property
VAYNTO and its software, brand, design, documentation, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, VAYNTO grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations. No ownership rights are transferred.
09Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including hosting, database, authentication, security, and payment providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. VAYNTO is not responsible for outages or actions outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to maintain and restore its own service.
10Availability and changes
VAYNTO may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or emergency maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
11Suspension and termination
You may stop using VAYNTO and request account deletion through available controls. VAYNTO may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
12Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAYNTO is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. VAYNTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by inaccurate business configuration or user-provided data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to the support email shown on this page.
